Alexander Lagutkin
was born in l95l.
After he had been graduatedfrom
the State Conservatory of Georgia (the
violin) he worked as a soloist of the of V.Sarajichvili
orchestra Tbilisi opera and ballet Theatre as
well as he worked as a soloist of theTbilisi symphony Orchestra
managed by D.I.Kakhidze. He’s noted for his leader qualities
realized in period of time over which he was working as a director of`
the Tbilisi Youth
Orchestra - from 1990 to 1993. This orchestra went on tour in Germany,
Austria, and Finland. The
collective took part in the concert activity in Georgia. From
l995 he
has
been working in Moscow. And from 2003
he has been working as the general director of the
InternationalArt Center the
Prokofiev Russian Symphony Orchestra.
